14-day right of withdrawal
In accordance with the Law of Georgia on Consumer Rights Protection, you may withdraw from a distance (online) purchase within 14 calendar days of receipt, without giving a reason.
How to return an item
- Notify us within 14 days by e-mail at info@laza.ge or by phone at +995 599 97 99 92, stating your order number.
- Return the item within 7 days of your notice via a courier agreed with us.
- You will be refunded no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method (we may withhold the refund until we receive the item or proof that it has been sent back).
Conditions
- The item must be returned complete (accessories, documentation, gifts).
- The customer is liable for any reduction in the item’s value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
- The direct cost of returning the item is borne by the customer unless the item is defective or was sent by mistake.
- Statutory exceptions: items made to the customer’s specifications; items sealed for hygiene reasons (e.g. headphones) if the seal has been removed; sealed software/digital content (license keys) if unsealed or activated.
Defective or wrong item
If you received a damaged, defective or wrong item, contact us immediately upon receipt (preferably within 48 hours, with photos). In this case all delivery/return costs are on us, and you may choose repair, replacement or a refund as provided by law.
Items bought in installments
When an item bought in installments is returned, the installment agreement is cancelled in coordination with the bank; the money is refunded through the bank.
