- first and last name, phone, e-mail, delivery address;
- order history; for companies — company name and identification code;
- technical data: IP address, browser, cookies;
- we do not store card data — it is processed by the bank/payment provider.

- order fulfilment, delivery, payment, warranty (performance of a contract);
- accounting and tax obligations (legal obligation);
- website security and improvement (legitimate interest);
- direct marketing (SMS, e-mail) — only with your consent; you can withdraw consent at any time, free of charge, in the same way, or by writing to info@laza.ge.
3. Who receives the data
Only to the extent necessary: courier companies, banks/payment providers, the installment bank (at your request), hosting/IT service providers, analytics and advertising platforms (Google, Meta — subject to cookie consent), and public authorities where required by law. We do not sell data.

5. Retention period
Order data is kept for the period required by tax/accounting law (6 years); marketing data — until consent is withdrawn.

You have the right to request information about processing, access/a copy of your data, correction, deletion, termination/blocking of processing, withdrawal of consent, and to apply to the Personal Data Protection Service (personaldata.ge) or a court. We respond within the period set by law.
