1. General provisions
The website laza.ge (the “Website”) belongs to LAZA LLC (ID 406154183) (the “Seller”). By placing an order on the Website, the customer confirms that they have read and agree to these terms. The relationship is governed by the legislation of Georgia, including the Law of Georgia on Consumer Rights Protection.
2. Products and prices
- All prices are in Georgian lari (₾), are final and include all taxes required by law.
- Product photos are for illustration; specifications are given according to manufacturer/supplier data.
- The Seller reserves the right to change prices. Once an order is confirmed, its price does not change.
- If a price is shown with an obvious technical error, the Seller will contact the customer; the customer may cancel the order and receive a full refund.
3. Orders and stock
- An order is considered accepted after confirmation by e-mail or phone.
- If an item is out of stock, we will contact you and offer an alternative or a full refund within 14 days.
4. Payment
Currently available methods: cash on delivery (Tbilisi only) and bank transfer (for individuals and companies; bank details are sent after the order). Card payment and installments — coming soon.

6. Returns, exchanges and warranty

7. Liability
The Seller is not liable for delays caused by force majeure. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the data they provide.
8. Dispute resolution
Disputes are resolved through negotiation; if no agreement is reached, in accordance with the legislation of Georgia, in the courts of Georgia.
